Pick the lowest overall quote and nego further as a package. agree wit u, coz due to my encounted usually there always some items one contractor will be cheaper then another. If only engage them to do the cheaper items only, they will adjust the pricing. So it will back to square. So overall look at the final quote as a whole will be better.
