Hi dearest friends,

This is my first time posting. Just bought a corner terrace about 20yrs old, need A&A but do not know how to go about it. To engage a architect or interior designer? If architect can i get at least 2 of them to make a comparison with no obligation before commit.

Anybody can help me with the above matter, any one has cheap and reliable architect to recommend.

Are you thinking of tearing down the whole house and rebuilding it? I think ID can also do A&A, but I'm not sure if they can tear and rebuild the whole house. No harm calling them up to inquire.

If you use architect, it will definitely be much more costly.
