Any Grant From Hdb For 1st Timer? Buying Sers House !

Anybody know 1st timer got grant and near parent less than 2km? Buying En-block ( SRES ).

the only available grant is AHG if u qualify.

An area that is announced for SERS will be considered as subsidised flat even though you bought it thru Resale Market.

This is because you are GUARANTEED a subsidised unit in the replacement flats(Brand new from HDB)

So AHG is your only little subsidises if house hold income <$5K, ava for 1 timer as well buying subsidised flat..

If you had bought direct from HDB previously, you still must pay resale levy as the replacement flat is YOUR 2ND SUBSIDISED FLAT. Take note. No other grants aly as HDB considers their subsidised flat "VERY CHEAP" compare to resale market.

For Henderson, if you willing to consider, may want to buy other nearby blks, "po" enblock loh.
