her reno next year...should be after CNY...think its i don't think they have set a budget for themselves but they more or less use mine as a guide....think now for them is to get ideas as to how to do the house before deciding if they want ID or contractor...

its my brother inlaw la...he fussy fellow...i meant in a good way want people able to give ideas so i guess will have to go id first lor...but i did tell him if that's the case, he can consider letting Yeak do all the wet works, electrical, false ceilings, windows grills and the carpentries get like CD to do...he's quite particular about the layout of the wardrobes....anyway not my house can only try to input...i did tell them if not get outside quotes first and if they have a clear idea of what they want, can tell Yeak,I'm sure he'll be able to do the same thing at a better price....

me too my layout changed quite a lot from my initial layout

actually i feel quite bad, it's like i "used" the IDs to firm up what I want before getting contractors to quote for me. but in the end, never sign up with any contractors, DIY instead

i guess being in this biz, they also know that.....what to do? have to try to get more but pay less.....
