these kind of quotations are called "fishing"

they give 10 clients this kind of quotations, if just 1 bites, they already earn enough for 6 months of vacation

if you can, ask for separate quote for supplying and for installing.

if their supply is expensive, you might just want to get it yourself. if their installing is expensive, you might just want to subcon it out

I just told those ID i met that I want wiw, laminated flooring blah blah, and budget is below 27k.

so out of the few only my ID can give me what i want, so like she remove things i dun need and use it for what i need...

so i dont actually care what is the price for each individual..

as long as the main bulk of reno cost $27k.

but your sista's quote seems so high..
