The ones i like r not cheap (something with colour gray/ silver). Any idea abt the price for the legrad? (with colour?) I would prolly go to choo chaing to see the le grand ones. Are you changing the single, double power points , tel & TV points to Clipsal or Legrand as well ? Can share the prices here ? sorry for late reply, ninja!!! my total costing for whole hse is $160+.....for those power point face-plate, i got Clipsal....for those light switches face-plate, i got MK....Legrand abit ex (thou cheaper if compare to outside retail shop)....as for my heater, i got Clipsal which cost $7...if not wrong....need to check my invoice...let me take some photos when i m home tonight....and show u....hope still in time before u purchase ur switches.... Wow u have smart eyes to spot a invoice from Choo Chiang. LOL. I just receive a call from my ID regarding tmr and tue appt with him. I told him if his electrician quote too ex. I will buy myself but he said don worry will be reasonable price. Becos he wants me to intro my friends to him for reno. yaya. I will see how. Just to take note the single and double sockets they are going to install in your house will the two screws be seen ? Unless u & SGbuzz don mind. Becos my current house got it and the screws rust don look nice better to hide it. thanks Ninja for the visible screw thingy. if i do not recall wrongly, it's the normal sockets. So, the screws shld be visible. however, i'd rather just paint clear nail-polish over them to insulate them from water / rust instead of spending $ to change the plates. however, Buzz might have a different idea Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

Plastering of partition (of store) was completed today. A little more tiling done (but still more to go). Painting works has started. Tmr, the following shld be done: - installation of sliding glass door so that store-room partition can complete - installation of electricals - plumbing continuation - painting continuation - tiling continuation - KITCHEN CABINETS! Then there is this air con + heater insulator switch which cost about $200+ cos need 1 for 3 air cons and 2 for each heater.... and the main switch box... scv points.... counting all of tat, i have 47 points in my house. ??? Then there is this air con + heater insulator switch which cost about $200+ cos need 1 for 3 air cons and 2 for each heater.... and the main switch box... scv points.... counting all of tat, i have 47 points in my house. ??? the base is only the casing box....which is already inside ur wall....soo changing the face-plate only...of cos all wiring is on the face-plate itself...u can diy n change it urself (like what my hubby doing lol...hahahaha...but of cos like ossify commented: slanted....hahahahaa) or u get prof to change for u lol.... i got 37plates to change all includsive of power point (2-gang, 1-gang), light (2-gang, 1-gang), scv, tel, heater but i dun hv the air-con insulator worrr....so i don't know that will cost how much... for kitchen....u might hv one or two of those power point that u need to buy with the base case lol....but it wun be ex...additional 80cents for the base case nia~~~ Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
