Renovation List

Ground Floor

- replace existing laminates with Pergo Expressions

- extend store room sideways by 1.2 m with door

- settee with storage **** room window

- frame less top hang sliding glass door between study and living room

- Build full height book shelf at dinning room

Kitchen

- Hack all tiles in kitchen, lay floor with homo tiles

- Plaster and smoothen kitchen walls

- 11ft bottom hang cabinet

- Stainless steel sheet for hob area wall

- 6ft full height cabinet with space for fridge and microwave

- Hack toilet floor and wall tiles

- lay floor with homo tiles

- Build platform for washing m/c

- smoothen and plaster toilet wall

Balcony

- remove grilles covering kitchen window, kitchen door, and living room door

- hack and remove floor tiles

- remove cabinets

- smooth concrete flooring with water proofing

- kerb between wash area and balcony

- 3 plane alu frame glass sliding door to living room

2nd Floor

- polish and finish parquet on stair and rooms

MBR

- full height 8.5ft run wardrobe

- settee with storage at window

MBR Toilet

- hack floor and wall tiles

- replace with homo tiles

- water proofing

- clear tempered glass cube with swing door

- white powder coat bi fold door

Common Toilet

- hack floor and wall tiles

- replace with homo tiles

- water proofing

- clear tempered glass shower screen with swing door

- white powder coat bi fold door

Bedroom 2

- full height 8.5ft run wardrobe

Congrates on getting ur new home! :D Bad condition means u can happily hack everyting away and do it up the way u like it. :D

The additional storage space under the staircase does make the place look smaller. Will u be keeping it or hacking it away?

Will be hacking it away. Currently it is just made of plaster board. I will be replacing it with a brick version but nor so big.

I am a very old member... Jus droping by to say hi and to tell you tat you are lucky to get a EM at kovan at such an attractive price !!! I am looking for one and they are all asking for very high cash :( still looking around and hope to find one that suits my budget soon!

Yup any higher and we would not be able to afford it. This unit is a once a lifetime thingy, all the stars just lined up and wahla.

Ah-HAH! I was just debating how feasible it is to have integrated basins and cabinets!

Do the cabinets feel solid?
