♥ My Mcnair Rd 4-rm ♥

Agrees with mickey, if cash is not tight at all, pay out full in cash!

Amyway, it's gonna choke-up your credit cards bill even if it's 0% installment.

And I completely agree as well! But money is tight. I am keeping all my CASH to pay for renovation. I rather take up 0% installment than take up renovation loan!

Hahaha I went to try my friend's hood. First working hood I've seen that still works after 10 years of usage! hahaha I saw how the fumes get absrobed...

And also my new place's neighbours on top ALL love to throw things down one. Its **** ridiculous. Egg Shells!! and dunno what else. I have to take a pic to show you.

Like tt, it means drying of clothes will have to be indoor.. :/

seems like your block very problematic :(

The tiles name is "Bo Hua" - not worth it?? Hehehe

didn't you choose the tiles? :D worth it or not depends on you

Does anybody know the half wall here is jagged this way?

SNC00099.jpg

So which is the height that the half wall is really going to be?

didn't you specify the height to your contractor? :D if not, you should! but if you don't care, then nvm lah

No I didnt... he also din ask me wor... haiz he is supposed to ask me! if not how I know i am supposed to tell him?!

anyway the initial idea for this portion is a glass panel but scared difficult to maintain so i was thinking maybe put a little cozy wooden window - can pass food out from kitchen kind. if that's the case, then i guess the height should be taller eh?

how tall your window should be depends on how wide your window is... too short or too tall windows look weird

since you have ID, better discuss with him. otherwise might as well DIY :D
