And I completely agree as well! But money is tight. I am keeping all my CASH to pay for renovation. I rather take up 0% installment than take up renovation loan! And also my new place's neighbours on top ALL love to throw things down one. Its **** ridiculous. Egg Shells!! and dunno what else. I have to take a pic to show you.
