Heres a small background story about my house incase you guys are wondering...

Previously, my house was done cheaply by a contractor (not gonna say, if not considered as badmouthing). i had a lot of things written off as FOC. but after 6 years living in my 4 room flat i had defects all over. had to engage another contractor to come down and this time this contractor i know is recommended by my friends. He's very experienced in dealing with renovation, been in this line for at least 25 years, hes a interior designer too giving free consulation, and the price is quite reasonable and afforable.

Redid my house here and there however,

I didn't have the money to redo the hall and rooms first,

so i started off with the kitchen and toilet which had been done about one yr ago i think.

Now that recently i had abit of spare cash at hand, recently i decided to do the my hall and my room.

Let's start with the picture of my foyer entrance to my house.

one last thing, please be gracious. I know a few of them had engaged this contractor to do his house or even met him up for quotations. Be gracious and write a short fr. I don't want to be one doing the job sharing here, and mind you, I don't get any commission from doing all this. I'm tired. Everyone has a part to play.
