ID - 888 ID Note Boss Henry

Henry is god's gift for me and I had chosen him in the final ID selection process. He is talented, responsible, honest and best for value. Ah Soon cannot even compare his price, promise of delivery date and honest pricing.

First I am finding ID who can do the 2 tiles I had chosen :

Greek Volakas and new technology Nano Crystals Glass Panels. I have initially underestimate the cost of them as just materials and labour force me to sacrifice all the carpentry works like TV consoles, cabinets, mbr designer cabinet with feature wall, study table. All of these sacrifice is to get the dream "real white" tiles.

I have search most homogeneous but they are still yellow to me. The whitest homogeneous tiles is getting more and more expensive and close to $4 showroom price( which you may get $3 actually). Then I try to look for white quartz ($8.8 psf showroom price but can reduce to xx ) but there is many fine black dots like star galaxy. I give up the quartz and finally I found this 凤凰石 玉龙石.

If directly import from China, CNF Singapore USD32.00 per sqm. for 100.80m2 600*600, via LCL, total amount USD3225.60 (equal to rmb 22K.)

Buying from Singapore distributor is 3 times expensive. USD90 per sqm or SGD10 per sqft! The labour is more than laying granite due to the extra weight ( 600mm x 600mm is 16kg!!! ) and white cement and more costly than laying granite. So the overall cost is $16 per sqft. Check out the specs for the nano crystals:

Congrats! :D I have not heard of this material before. If the tiles will be really real white, then I think $16 psf is a gd price to pay. I also think homogeneous tiles are not really white enough. :D. Hmm, if I have enough money to burn, I will use quartz. But gd quartz cost $80+ psf. Hai.

Gd choice, can't wait to see the transformation. :D

Call for Lily from Taugress ( 63580040). This tiles only one agent in Singapore. But please take note, the installation for 4 room homogeneous tiles is 3~5 days but using this tiles need 3 weeks at least.

:D why so long?
