Hi,

As per normal policies, anything that is fixed(eg: lightings/cabinates,etc..) cannot be remove unless otherwise it is agreed during the OTP signing by both seller & buyers as stated in the Inventory list sheet withness by the agents. Likewise, anything that is decorative(movable) seller can remove it without agreement.

Hope I am correct!

Cheers!

in theory, all these items can be dismantled n taken away if the seller choose to do so.

hence to be on e safe side, u should get e seller to commit n put it down in black n white

if u want them, n the seller agree. this is to prevent any future mis-understanding.

hope this helps.

anything that's fixed cannot be removed unless seller checked with buyer and buyer agreed.

eg. valuation report stated system 3 air-con and hob and hood...so seller cannot simply remove all these items unless buyer agreed

Do you want to use their hood/hob?

Unless you bought the house specifically because they have a nice kitchen which requires minimal renovation, then I suggest you fight it out with them ..
