Yes VeVe. I'm using ME Sys 4 (26,000 x 1 + 13,000 x 3). Total around $3,700+ after upgrade to thicker Armaflex insulation. :)

Oh, no wonder you mention yours is small. Anyway, small also good when it comes to maintenance. Seriously, if your household is small, I personally feel your size is good enough. ;)

Mine also 93sqm - though our place is small but going to make it real cosy! Just like small dog - chihuahua - small but they are **** fierce so dont underestimate small! hahhahaha....small got small good, big got big good...hehhehe....Hopefully can strike 4D this weekend then can do more to the place! hahahhaha.....Got to buy a nice nice sofa and dining table to fix into my place.... :D

Day 74-76

Almost 80% carpentry works done till date:

Living Hall : Feature Wall & TV console; Half height shoe cabinet

Kitchen: Lower & upper cabinet ; Tall unit & breakfast top ; Boxing of kitchen pipe with storage access

Master bedroom: Wardrobe ; TV console & shelving ; Dressing table

*Side table has been installed. But, due to change of mind in its dimension, side table has been taken out to redo for installation on Monday.

Bedroom 2: Wardrobe

Bedroom 3: Wardrobe ; Study table with concealed laminated box for power points

Works to be completed next week:

Full height cabinet @ Living Hall

Wood backing on wall for mirror installation @ Living Hall

Black Galaxy granite top & black glass backing for cabinet @ Kitchen

Black glass for breakfast top @ Kitchen

Side table @ Master bedroom

Refrost master bedroom toilet glass door

Installation of wall mounted display cabinet @ Bedroom 3

Installation of wall mounted toilet accessories & personal request items

Installation of dining light & some power points

Overall paint touch up & cleaning up

Wardrobe @ Bedroom 2 (Laminate used are similar for all 3 bedrooms' wardrobes)

Sliding mirror inside wardrobe (All my 3 wardrobes have full height mirror inside :) )

Realised my hp suks big time for photo-taking. :bangwall: Will try use a proper camera to take again once the whole place is completed. :yamseng:

Blue: I like the full length mirror inside the wardrobe which I believe I will adopt this concept and get Edmund to do it but will believe a brighter tone of the laminate.....

Yeah, the full length mirror is really useful & can slide from one end to the other. Concealed when wardrobe in close mode and yet versatile. :)

can the other side of the wardrobe door open fully when you have the sliding mirror on one side?

Realised I have not posted the full layout of my kitchen cabinet. Preview w/o granite top & glass backing :)

Edmund had asked his workers to laminate the area around the kitchen sink for "double protection" against water penetrating the wood cabinet before the granite worktop is installed. Whole area around the sink was subsequently filled with silicon for securing as well as waterproofing. Pic was taken before this was done up. :)
