bluewater 0 Report post Posted February 12, 2010 Wow...great choice...love the lamp you got from lorgan.... very panton - eames - era.... like alot of the 2nd hand vintage stuffs from lorgans...especially the vintage eames fibreglass versions... cant wait to see your table from Xtra.... Cheers Hey lifelikebeing, Yea the lamp was love at first sight when we went Lorgan. This imported vintage lamp was wall mounted at one little corner for display... Suits my modern classic theme The table from Xtra is plain simple one with modern touch. Will post pics soon.
KSJL 0 Report post Posted February 12, 2010 Urs should be same width @ 700mm but slighter shorter in height How much did you pay for it? I only paid S$459 for the Sharp Fridge and S$379 for a LG 7.5kg weight load washer at Gain City. However, we have a S$150 voucher from GC so we deduct off so total damaged is $459+$379-$100=$738...good deal right? Yes it's bright enough for bedside area esp. since it's a wall hung type. When switched on, only the circumference area lights up. Centre is still the mirror finish from the bulb. Looks pretty cool. hehe And yea, you are right, it's swivel, 360deg rotatable & the chrome spherical holder can also rotate 360deg as well. Very versatile. How much you pay for it and did Edmund install it for you?

bluewater 0 Report post Posted February 12, 2010 (edited) The salesman from Courts came to tune up my HTS today. Speakers were also angled & raised to achieve optimum effect. Now, the stereo sound is a far cry from what was heard yesterday. On screening is TRANSFORMERS 2 No regrets choosing HTS over soundbar.... For those pondering over these 2 choices, go for HTS to achieve a cinematic experience at equivalent cost! If one has a built in TV console, cabling can be hidden, as seen from the pic above. So no worries on the messy part, which I was quite skeptical about it during the start. Edited February 12, 2010 by bluewater
