marshmallow 0 Report post Posted May 11, 2010 You mean you are considering whether to custom made your wardrobe vs buying off the shelf type? We have gone thru that question in our last few renovations and always the answer is to custom make one as it offers maximise storage space, design and dimension to your requirement. However, we are also conservative in that the location of the wardrobe is usually the standard location or wall so that it is easier to be accepted by the next owner in the event we sell or rent out the place. For me, paying a little more for the better aluminium sliding wardrobe is worth the value esp in space hungry rooms Yup that's the same question i have in mind i have been using ikea wardrobe and am so used to the idea of changing compartments as and when i like but i think ikea ones cannot fit the space for my new wardrobe what you said on the location of built-in wardrobe is very true... have to consider so many factors~
