Ceiling Fan For Living Room

Hi

I've a 5.6m x 3m living / dining area combined.

I'm thinking to just install 1 fan right in the middle, and it will be flanked by 2 hanging ceiling lamps because I don't like the idea of a false ceiling bringing down the height of my ceiling.

what's the ideal size of fan to get? will 1 be enough? I don't think I can install more than 1?

if 1 is not enough and will be ineffective, then maybe I rather think of not installing any.
