I just bought a 2m dinning table (Oak) for $300! Though it only has 4 chairs but fits me cause i am making a bench for the other side. BTW this place is not a retail place and the warehouse is pretty cluttered and dusty. They just want to clear whatever pieces they have and it is cash only and you have to provide tpt to move your selected piece(s). Oh and the pieces are being sold in its as is condition.
