i am engaging A&D at the moment. hope my renovation moves smoothly and well

i hope to give my fair comments about them at the end of my renovation journey

My impression of them is good. I spoke to Rick at their office and he is pretty nice. Always interested to give ideas and suggestion.

i dont think there is many ID in the company right. so one of them is mine

and i prefer to share after my renovation experience. its too early to say the bad and good points now. so just hope for the best in my renovation

but frankly speaking, no company is perfect. A&D has their downside too

as promised, here are some feedbacks from my 99% completed reno works with the company. on a scale of 1 to 5 (5=Best or Expensive), i put some grades for the various aspects of the company

Painting = 3

Electrical = 3.5

Tiling = 4

Washing = 2.5

Plumbing = 4

Carpentry (including workmanship) = 4.5

Pricing = 3.5

Renovation Schedule and Planning = 4

One of the downsides of this company is the quoting style of renovation works. This is the only company that is using word document to list items! I wonder why didnt they use Excel to calculate. So becareful of the pricing and calculation of your quotes. Those prices have to be added up manually.

Overall for the price i paid, i think im quite satisfied with my renovation work. Some photos to share here:

are they really ID or just contractors? How is their colour scheme proposal?

they are an ID company. there will be a perspective and 3D drawings.

their 3D software is quite good. my 3D drawing matches almost closely to the actual layout.
