OMG....so much bad reviews about NOVA furnitures..I just bought a L shape sofa from them today at the spore expo...I thought that was quite a good buy...coz they come with the 5 small cushions and individual rectangular seater... Moreover, that sale guy ask us to go down their shop to choose any kind of fabric materials... (Anyway, I dun fancy leather sofa...coz it wun last long if you dun take care of the leather)

But for my experience with that sale person who served us today was very friendly and approacable. Well, I'm not too sure about the quality of the furniture. Hope it turn out well when gg to deliver to our new home...

Now...I'm starting to get worried....

i cant agree more. The tradehub service sucks to the max. I was served by a guy today and he told us not to come back again when he dont agree our pricing and then later when we out of the door say he can match our pricing!

then i said i'm go eat nearby then come back he told me not to come back anymore again. What is this kind of service!

Hi to all people looking for furnitures, there will be a furniture fair at expo hall 6 (Interior and Living Asia 2013), from the 21st - 29st dec 2013. There will be many furniture brands that will take part in this fair, and Renotalk will also be holding its booth at the fair (A9a) (Free gifts, lucky draw, interesting kitchen products for sale)!

Recently I bought a TV cabinet cost $700 and entitled a single mattress which the salesman claimed is a discount of $300. The spring mattress cost me $350 after the discount. He showed me the queen size mattress with a padded top displayed in the showroom. When they delivered the mattress there was no padded top layer. My maid received it when I was away and took out the plastic wrap. When I came back I went to Tradehub to confront them and they showed me another brand. They say it will cost me $780. I thought they will take back the other mattress but they said there is no refund.
I felt so cheated. I have to sleep on the horrible noisy spring mattress. Can't afford to discard it.

How's Nova service now? I am interested to buy their fabric L shape sofa, which I saw at Home Show at $1200. In my opinion it is pretty cheap but I'm sceptical of the quality and Nova service.

Hi, just want to share my shopping experience in Nova. I bought a marble top and bottom dining table along with 4 chairs from Nova in Oct. Price wise i think they are really reasonable. For service wise, yes some of their sales rep are quite pushy as i sae few cases when i m there looking for dining table. But not all, the one that served me Jimmy is really a nice sales rep, very accomodating, friendly and humorous. On that day when my dining table is delivered, i found that the top colour is yellowish and does not match with what i saw in the show room, at first i thought its the marble properties that turn yellowish so i didnt bother but when my wife have a closer look the top is having two different tone. So i call Nova and request for an exchange but was told to leave my contact and they will get the sales ref that sell me the dining table to call me. At first i thought they r trying to stall my time because my call to them is after 10 days after i signed on the DO. Surprising enough Jimmy called me few time but i miss it, so i WA him and tell him my issue. Immediately he say will feedback to the supplier and give me an exchange once the new shipmebt arrived. I told him my wife is having confinement so can we arrange like 40 days later and he agreed. When the day is near i received a call from nova and they say new shipment arrived is it convenient to do the exchange over the weekend? This is the type of service that impressed me, they actually call and follow up without me pushing them for the exchange. Probably i m the lucky one but i really like to recommend Nova Tradehub21 because quality and price wise i think they r really reasonable after seraching high n low at sungei kadut n imm, please find Jimmy if you r interested. May I suggest you start another thread? It is good to know that some retailers do improve on their service and nice to see positive comments.

By posting on this thread, you are probably scaring off potential customers.

bought leather sofa from Nova Furniture, leather skin starts cracking after less than 1 yr, called their service but they refuse to change my leather skin because they said I've changed once already....poor customer service and lousy leather quality....
