Rasp 0 Report post Posted October 31, 2009 been lurking for sometime in this forum and decided to start something... Any one could share where is the best place for the dining area? Hi Sgp, Welcome! Will you be hacking any walls / changing the layout? And do you have any plan for the living? I think the common option for the dining area is left side of the living area (if you don't intend to put the dining in the kitchen). If you're ok with smaller kitchen, you can consider spilting half of the kitchen to be dining. But my personal preference is to have dining with living. Major works will only be on the 2 toilets and the kitchen.

sgp 0 Report post Posted November 7, 2009 (edited) Welcome to RT I think since ur living room quite big, can place the dining table there... Thanks. Signed up with SDS. Lightings = lightings.com.sg = i guess they have fixed profit margin or something. Prices are fixed. Went to one shop in balestier, the price of same light was more than double... BACERA (bacera.com.sg) = got a very good price (i guess) for the items bought at this shop: 2 sets of wc & basin package, bathroom accessories for bathrooms, taps for kitchen and 2 toilets, mirror, kitchen sink (1mm thick, comes with noise and condensation protection), air nano ceiling fan, 2 sets of 707 protek, turbo tempered glass hob and hood (promo entitles you to buy induction cooker for 45bucks). All comes in a single bill. Anyone can name the price? Sourcing for A/C, any brand to recommend for sys3 inv? cheers...
