Starmex Aircon Servicing

I need to service my StarMex due to noise and "not cold" issue. I am thinking of going to Mitsubishi direct. http://www.mitsubishielectric.com.sg/index...1&Itemid=26 or http://www.coolserve.com.sg/ Any advice?
