gkbt 8 Report post Posted October 26, 2009 Hi hi, we've been following this forum silently and finally we are getting our keys in Dec... look forward to share our experiences with you all.. a lot of meaningful discussion here.. have learnt a few stuff here and there.. so far we are still at a very prelim stage.. things that are pending our decision: 1) ID - have shortlisted a few 2) Aircon - shld be getting sys 4 (but inverter or non-inverter?) 3) Hob - should be tecno glass hob.. 4) Fabric sofa - lorenzo? nice to have 1) bosch oven 2) yamaha sound bar will add more as we go along... My friend just sold at 4 room flat,with only one common toilet for more than 500k!!! but i only have 1 roof over my head... so cant sell... plus i need 5 years in order to sell it... so use it 1st loh.... Just went to Impress21, Felt the person was not really open in discussion on the possible extra cost that might be incurred. As for renozone, they have not got back to be yet after saying that they will come back this week. Want to finalize quotes + viewing id works... issue is 1 is quite exp but good, the other is cheaper but no consistent track record... Fringe benefits also a consideration which make this decision one of the most hard decision in my life.....
