Is valuation generally lower for resale units in an opposition ward?? Thanks yes, generally the valuation tends to be lower. As for disadvantage or advantage of buying a resale unit, i think it is secondary as the primary concern is whether u like the unit and is it convenient for you and your family to stay there.
