Is Hacking Of Toilet Walls Allowed For New Hdb Flat

Dear All,

I am actually intending to hack the 2 panels of walls from the MBR Toilet and put glass panel instead to make it a open concept. Mine is a New standard flat with toilet wall and floor tiles come standard. I heard that HDB toilets come with 3 years warranty so cannot hack even the walls. Is it true?
