I have requested for a platform in my MBR, however most of my reno contractors / ids only quoted 4" of height for the platform.. so.. i was liked... "huh ?? so low only ? Cannot be higher meh ? " Is it really that there is a Rule n Reg that it must not higher than 4" ?? if really , i think i rather not to do the platform lor.. .. haha.. Cos myself had also heard b4 that, once reno is done, there will always be someone "come to ur hse to "take a look" if not pass, we will need to hack off and or redo ?!!! Is it true ??
