Here are new pictures after the previous owner have cleared their barang barang and finally is empty. But is really OLD, DIRTY & SMELLY.... hahaa... too bad you guys can only see.. cannot smell it... its really terrible. Living Room More photos to come... It's only 7 years after the toilet have been upgraded with new tiles, and can u imagine 7 years can collect so much dirt. Wow... Leakage at the top of the ceiling... haiz... Basically everything you can see in this flat... got to be revamp! Utility Room Luckily the Utility Room still can be save... I went to see one 3 rm resale in Toa Payoh, rented out to china pple, the place is like yr current place! The floor very dirty with pple staying in, the ceiling all dropping and see the steel rods... and the kitchen cabinets all dropping... Actually we wanted to slash more.. but seller say last price. So considering during that time when we bought it, COV are going higher and higher.
