davidbslee 1 Report post Posted October 17, 2009 (edited) Hi bros and sis, Currently my agent is hospitalise and he is in ICU for the past 1month and now his colleague agent is helping him to do all the paper work. The OTP is still sign under my agent name. His colleague agent told us if during the 1st appointment my agent still hospitalise, she can on the spot change the agent name to her. Means she will become my agent as well as seller agent from that onwards. Because seller and myself is having same agent. My concern here is, can my agent colleague represent us as our agent on the spot during 1st appointment at the HDB resale office? Pls advice me as I have been waited for so long for this flat, dun want last min screw up Hopefully my agent recover soon as he is quite a nice agent. God bless him to recover well.
