Updates of some new purchases & carpentry work:

1. Bought a chair for the foyer - IKEA

Bought a big big vase from iwannagohome - still unwrapped

Dining room

1. Re-laminated the TV console - but think chose a wrong colour - too dark.

Gonna get some bright ornaments - still looking around!

2. Frame for mirror - done too! In dark brown - same as blinds!

Door installed bet dining & living - preparation to convert it into a room should parents move to stay with us / air-con purposes / guest room

2 diff colours used - front & back - same laminate as TV console in living room on - to create that flow

This is where I kept all the glasses, cups, tea pots - drinks related - so that my counter is left uncluttered

Rice at the bottom - normal rice + Japanese rice + portable disher tray (to use when necessary) - as I do not hv a place to drain my dishes. Now making use of basin

All glass is finally up including this horizontal piece where I put the potted plants & tissue box on

And of course, my favourite spot - to be able to watch TV while doing the dishes! Yeah!

How's things going?

Haven't had time to follow your blog lately

good, all moved in already for 1 month. but haven got the time to sort out the cabinets yet...jus dump them in first and make the place usable for the time being without looking cluttered to the eye...haha... will be finding time to sort and tidy them and hopefully will look jus as neat as yours.

I haven got my study up and running yet as my friend is staying at my place temporarily. So my dining table is my study for the time being, with laptops and wires all strewn on top. messy~
