Kids' Room toilet = basin installed. Fits perfectly!

Not intending to make cabinets under the basin - so contractor will be using white cement to conceal the openings around the basin.

how i wish i can fix this long basin in my MBR bathroom too. envy your kids

i realise i also bought the same brand kitchen appliances from kallang mega discount store also! haha

i wonder the salesperson there said was true or not, he say they confirm got the cheapest price or else money back

I also prefer their basin than the one we have in our MBR toilet.

that's what they claimed as long as delivery is not done - they will match the price. unless we really go around tracking prices

ha... prior delivery can check their in-store price again. I heard Audio House is cheap too - but nvr been there.

Dun know which is cheaper?

My carpentry work is pretty dragging . . .

I have read all your posts, very nice unit. I got many ideas for my EM flat, which has exactly same floor plan with you.

Just one question. Regarding the wall of wash area, towards to living room, have you hacked? They are 'solid black' walls in your original floor plan. I though these 'solid black' walls can not be hacked. Could you clarify? thank you.

Where's your area?

Not many EM owners have the same floorplan as ours - with an "U" stairs!

The 1st level wash area can be hacked - not in black as per my original floorplan.

It was already hacked by previous owner

Other than my unit, my 2 new neighbours' units hv theirs hacked too!

I bought mine from a supplier from my sis-in-law lobang so price is much better than mega discount store by >S$50

I bought my fridge cos of the internal feel more than the external design! ha! ha!
