2. Wall bet living & balcony to hack - sliding door to remove

3. Timber deck flooring to remove

4. Floor track to remove

5. To tile balcony

6. To install windows at balcony

1. To remove laundry system

2. To construct false ceiling with openings on roof

1. To hack wall bet common room 1 and 2

2. To build wall to conceal area outside common toilet and common room 2

3. A new vanity top will be built to form washing area in new MBR toilet

4. To modify existing built-in studying area to form a longer wardrobe

Kids' Room

1. This side of wardrobe is to be hacked

2. Headboard is to be hacked

3. A new vanity top to be built (find the basin very small)

This is something I like very very much!

But too bad, I can't have an open concept kitchen.

I hope I can incorporate this design somewhere in the house!

This is a compact 3D Sink designed by the Japanese. But very ex!

As I am shortening the kitchen length, have minimal worktop in kitchen now.

Wah, from the different pics u posted, seems like u are going for many different themes. It is not easy to achieve a gd balance and implement them without one theme crashing with the other one but I wish u luck. Must put in lots of effort. Hee.

Well, dun hv a theme - but basically will keep base colour theme for whole - white, black, silver or grey - to ensure a flow. Highlights for each room would be to bring in diff colours on furnishing. Hopefully, I will be able to stay on track! Ha... Ha...
