yrs tomato mah .... somemore beside AMK hub ....

but 23888 cov with such reno is really worth it .... i got view alot of lousy unit before that ask for 20k +++ with almost no renovation done

wow congrats on getting such a nicely furnished place! we were also considering blk 16X area, but after dat drifted to 600+ (opposite ur place) hehe..

oops jus saw ur cov and level... heh..

but yah i agree the toilets need some working on..

yes 166A high floor is definitely having nice view, previously without those blk 167, the view is even nicer in the night time overlooking at the punggol east flyover and the river

lol ... they spent wisely and concentrated on Living room mostly. The design though is simple but the colors add so much fullness to the house ... barely I see people not reacting wow!! .. and that includes me

Very nice already, just some minor touch up here and there and will be Perfect lol~

haha we already got the unit there alr.. we're in fact waiting for our 2nd appt to get keys in mid nov... oh yes the living room in 16x is bigger, but mbr in 600+ is bigger... we actually hunted all over punggol.. 12+, 10+, 17+, 19+... haha.. but didnt see ur unit... =p but we wouldnt have the cash to pay so much cov too la..

lol, used to drop by there previously can go punggol plaza for meals, seem that it had more shops now compared to last time
