Recommended Posts

Hi all,

Does anyone know of audio specialist shops that can give a proper advice on setting up HTS ?

I intend to set up a small cinema experience in one of my rooms and simply unsure of the best set up the maximise the potential of the system I am intending to get.

Alot of things I am unsure of ... wats the size of tv best for a small room, HTS, plasma/lcd ... I wish to make this room solely for PS3 and DVD/BluRay watching ...

Any advice welcomed in advance :)

AVone - Enterprsie One, Ubi or KEC @ Adelphi. In fact, Adelphi has plenty of AV shops but i recommend KEC.

To embark on a superb cinematic experience (which i already have) you must 1st set a budget. The breakdown for a complete home theater is

a)5.1/7.1 speakers (bookshelf or floorstanders)

b)Amplifier

c)Bluray player

d)LCD or Plasma & lastly

e) cables & such

next question, are you more of a movie or music person? After all that is settled, listen to your ears & eyes. Different speakers has different audiences. So go & enjoy the flow to build a solid Home Theater without busting your wallet.

Cheers
