Milc 0 Report post Posted October 11, 2009 I've always dreamt of getting a poster bed, but on advice of husband due to lack of storage space (we converted our storeroom to the walk-in-wardrobe), we just bought a king sized bed with storage function underneath. Saw a few pictures on the Internet about converting a normal bed to those types with canopy or flowy curtains. I'm also deciding on my bedroom theme now, thinking of creating a romantic mysterious feeling as it's rather dark even in broad daylight. Thinking that creating a canopy bed will be a good idea too, something like below. Has anyone here created something like that but without having a poster bed? Where do you get the materials from?
