Looking For Contractor To Remove Rubber Tiles

Have 3 rooms laid with vinyl/rubber tiles

Now getting old. Thinking of ripping out all the tiles, clear off the old gum and just use cement floor . Maybe with a coat of paint on the floor

Anyone has any contacts for contractor that can do that?
