nope.. I get the quotation before placing any orders.. I ever purposely get other places quotation to tell them to match or give me a better quotation.

EDITED: Eh... I bought the fridge @ $1900 (Final Price) during MEGA sale by Audiohouse @ Expo.

*Therefore, WAIT for those YEAR END sale ... & PRICE can still ask for more discount, just talk to any AUDIOHOUSE SALE PERSON...

Neither ... I am a property agent. I doing a list of research just like the way I always do for my client when they want to buy or sell their house. Maybe this is called job fever. A proper spreadsheet at least you can take it anywhere and to compare with other people to see which places selling the best quotation.

By the way .. what does BOM mean?

yah, me encountering this problem also. me w/o window grills already over $30k already. headache.

Did you like hack a lot of thing? I hack whole house flooring and toilet and kitchen walls as well.

On top of these common standard hacking, i also hack away the living rm/kitchen doorway (intend to do glass panels).

Changing the windows and grills already amounting up to almost 2k liao. Its a big ticket item. I intend to take this item out to save cost....
