Hi Goobii,

Welcome!

Your floorplan look quite familar cause one of the showflat that an ID brought us previously was at dover with the same utility room at the corner of the kitchen with the 'slanting' entrance.

The couple combined the toilet into one and opened another entrance at bedroom 2. Meaning the toilet is accessable from both the bedroom and kitchen (2 doors). Hee.. quite interesting concept. :)

Ya we did alot of hacking and walls too, total damage around $30k. A total revamp of the whole house plus all the items in the house, it cost us about $45k. We preferred sliding/folding glass panel instead of those normal door. That is why it cost so much more as compare to those who is using normal wooden door. The only things that is not changed is the rear back room and the main wooden door.

We wanted brand new, even the aircon which is less than 3yr old we changed to a new one instead. We do not like their white aircon which turn into yellowish tat is why we picked the new panasonic with ion and patrol sensor.
