i'm not too sure. how does de other brand ignite de flame den?

using battery operated switch to ignite the flame is quite common. the turbo hob which i bought uses one AA size battery to operate. i heard that some brands uses D size battery tho.

i feel using battery operated switch is easier & it doesn't take up another electrical point in the kitchen.

hehe. ya. juz did a check with my colleague. realise mostly using battery operated now. so i guess it's not a prob. but is D size logical? as in easy to find in future?

Anyway just got price (2 burners). call Ellane sales hotline - 385$ with safety valve. 353$ w/o safety valve.

think i can get better price elsewhere.

My model is hob HG-883SV and Hood HH-668SS. Catalogue price is $1098. But i got it lower than that...

Not convenient to post actual price....

The hob dimension is 880 x 520mm

Rinnai...stainless steel...3 burner...still working...

but now kitchen makeover...tot having a change to a glass hob with 2 burner and 60cm hood.

having using 3 burners for past 8 years (but constantly covered the big one), i know i can jus live with 2 burners. if not enuff, the most i buy a portable induction stove.
