Kinda excited owning my first property and I've been reading up on renotalk to get some basic ideas on what to look out for. I really like the place at first sight, however lets just say there is nothing to shout about in terms of renovation. Feel free to provide any pointers. You are right, got it mixed up as this is my 1st post. Still sourcing renotalk for ideas on how to proceed. Currently having the thought of designing it my self and get a contractor to realise the design. As you can see on my floorplan, too many structural pillars to make any drastic changes.
