Suggest you get a maid. I ever use before and they are good at "taking care of your things" especially glass. Also after a while, start increasing their fees.

I used budget cleaning services. Not the cheapest but at least not the fly by night ones.

Can ask them to search for part-time maids for your budget. i paid slightly higher cos my mum is a bit fussy and wants some handwashing of clothes.

they charge agency fee? how do you pay the maids? to the company or to the maids direct?

Yellow pages and classifieds are full of fly by night ones. Those that only give mobile numbers, cheap agency fees, promise unlimited replacements but then disappears when you really need a replacement. Once bitten twice shy.
