It depending, if for those wall that was hacked, it will be cement screeding to make it smooth then paint. For those normal wall, they just do plastering to make it as smooth as possible. Cost for plastering whole hse is ard $2000 ~ $2500, some walls don't need to plaster then don't waste the $ on doing it, cos the workmanship of plastering doesn't mean that the wall will be straight or level, look smooth only. The previous owner of the house did plastering before on all the walls, but some of them already starting to peel very badly. Should I choose to replaster the whole house?
