Thanks alot. trying to cut cost on this... overall shld be quite reasonable ba, but if u wanna save cost u may try using sparying coating instead. total cost for spary coating is ard 4.5k for 2 toilet n kitchen wall n floor. as for hacking total cost is $8650. so overall u will save up to 4k from using spary coat. Can i know what do you mean by that?? by using spary coating, there's no need to hack the existing tiles for the wall n floor. it will cover existing tiles wit a new layer of spary coat, resulting a new out look of ur choose of colors. easy for maintance in future as it cover the grove line of the tiles. i not very gd in explaining, if u interested i can give u my contractor nos.
