Reasonable Reno Quotation?

Flooring w chemical wash - $180

Debris removal/haulage - $400

Sand (if hacking is involved) - $600

Hack kitchen wall & floor tile - $500

Lay water proofing menbrance - $300

Hack concrete sink & stove support - $150

I think it will affect bits ba.

overall shld be quite reasonable ba, but if u wanna save cost u may try using sparying coating instead.

total cost for spary coating is ard 4.5k for 2 toilet n kitchen wall n floor. as for hacking total cost is $8650.

so overall u will save up to 4k from using spary coat.

total cost for spary coating is ard 4.5k for 2 toilet n kitchen wall n floor. as for hacking total cost is $8650.

so overall u will save up to 4k from using spary coat.

by using spary coating, there's no need to hack the existing tiles for the wall n floor.

it will cover existing tiles wit a new layer of spary coat, resulting a new out look of ur choose of colors. easy for maintance in future as it cover the grove line of the tiles.

i not very gd in explaining, if u interested i can give u my contractor nos.

OH... this some sort of plastic/epoxy material.Thanks I think i'll stick back to my tiles. Went to 1 of my frens hse, he did this in the bathrooms. I don't like the looks.

hmm.. can save up to half the cost from hacking and relay. No bad.

My wall spray is also from USA :D , but my flooring is from Germany.
