Pre-Install Stage: 1. Sizing of compressor, fancoils, location and position determination. >what to look out for - how to calculate btu required for room size. - maxmise savings and minimise energy consumption. - brand names pricing and efficiency (time required for cooling) - what type of good insulation to use? 1st Installation Stage: 1. Install piping and copper coils, insulation, casing, bracket. > what to look out for - condensate drain location? - correct bracket used and postion, especailly for EMs. 2nd Installation Stage: 1. Install compressor and fancoils. > what to look out for - leak during on for 6hours? - fancoils leak? and why leak? - time for cooling? dun give final payment if not cold enough? Ask them state in contract? 3rd Stage: 1. Issue solving > what type of problems? - Leaks and root cause. - Not cold and root cause. - who to contact and whos responsibility.
