Hi,

I just got the quotation $1700 from one of the contractor to renovate two tolilets i.e., overlaying the flooring tiles only.(Overlay + only floor)

Is this resonable?

the most is ard 1.2k ba, if u only do that.

2. Shower Kerb - 120

3. Labour charge - Dismantle and reinstall W.C and wash basing - 210

Common Bed room:

1. Flooring - 450

2. Labour charge - Dismantle and reinstall W.C and wash basing - 210

3. To supply and install one power point - 120

Total $ 1,660

Is it still high?
