Jessy 0 Report post Posted September 28, 2009 (edited) ya loh... thats the headache we r having .. have a few ideas. 1. Moving the storeroom to occupy the "cove" in Bedroom 3 but that would make the bedroom small. 2. Replace the existing store with a storage cabinet which would take up lesser space, maybe half the width of the current store and possibly shorter in length too, 3. Move the storeroom into the kitchen, which would cramp up the kitchen even more haha headache... Any other ideas? Edited September 28, 2009 by Jessy

tuababy 0 Report post Posted September 28, 2009 Welcome Jessy! You've really got a regular rectangular shaped flat! That's good for renovations and furnishings, not to mention no wastage of actual liveable space unlike some odd-shaped design flats. My kitchen is of high-gloss maroon colour cabinets with silver coloured trimmings and black galaxy granite top. Maybe you wanna take a look to get some ideas. coffee_o 1 Report post Posted September 28, 2009 Hi welcome welcome Wah your place really very very square leh It's so nice and easy to plan how you wants to design leh Anyway for the storeroom, i guess you can shift it to the front of bedrm 2 and 3 and "eat" into bedrm 3 If it's done that way, your living area will be a big big rectangular shape hahaha

Haiz... Anyway 2nd appt soon still so much to do haha, haven't bought my kitchen, toilet accessories and aircon too. Yup that was my original idea, and after thinking about it for so long and playing with a number of ideas we went back to that of moving the storeroom into bedroom 3 Haven't decided on where to buy my kitchen accessories but was thinking probably Hoe Kee since it is cheaper Sin Siang Choon. Probably do my lighting shopping at Balestier, although considering if I should go into JB for this, but just afraid of the hassle. And finally after alot of back and forth, decided to do granite flooring for my living and bedroom floor from Lian Hin. Selected the rest of my tiles from SBH. Post more when I get more haha. pinkpetter 0 Report post Posted October 25, 2009 (edited) I would move the storeroom into the kitchen, flush the wall of the toilet with the storeroom. then have an open kitchen (approval needed for the hacking of the kitchen wall) with the dining on the outside in the living area... That cove in bedroom 3 is perfect for wardrobes... haha but that's just me Edited October 25, 2009 by pinkpetter
