Hi enz,

It was a bit too small to view, if not wrong this quotation was from Unimax. Try to up size the pic..so that others able to view clearly and give comments.

only 4rm hdb flat leh.

Hmm its consider very expensive. Try to get more Ids or contractors to compare.

Another cheaper way is to ask contractors to do all the domolition and tiling works, then ask carpentry (not the asme contractor that do your tilings) to do all your wood works. This will be alot cheaper but you really need to know what theme and design for your house.

:)

My humble opinion :

Window gate and grill item 1,2 and 3 a bit ex. I think i saw 1 flyer package for 4rm windows and grills $1888 ( yet to call up and ask, due to my contractor giving me same price when I show him the flyer ) .

Then the carpentry works cost a lot $$$$. :jawdrop:

wow enz, that qoute is really expensive.

eg, plastering for whole house, I thought your place was a maisonette.....my 4rm flat plastering was only $1300.

try looking around and get other qoutes like what iceblue recommended. Or you can PM me for my contractor's details. :)
