congrats....feels good to finally own the place legally right...

now all the planning can be implemented at last!

Yeah man! Now finding an auspicious date to make my first entrance.

For info, this is the online chinese almanac that i use to look for the dates, was told it is quite accurate:

Hi gantan,

congrats...finally got ur keys but the headache part still not over :P (the reno).

Just shifted in not long to my place too and busy to settle down and lots of unpacking.....managed to unpacked 2 pallets of boxes which we have stored in the warehse (FOC luckily).

But some details still need to iron out and unable to come to the forum often....so happy tat i saw ur post and able to send my well wishing over.....hope everything wil be going smooth for u~~~ :D:D:D

Hi Pomme, ya, the headache part is just about to start... :P but i should feel lucky because i have just left my current job and will be on long leave from next week onwards till end of the year, so i can go on full throttle for my renovation. :D

Not so lucky though because i stored my stuffs in a warehouse for $200/mth for at least 3 months.....

yup, we engaged him. told us where our wealth corner is, wat color not to use, where stove n sink shud be, wat facing we shud slp on and approved our layout.

will need to see our unit again after reno is done..

Ya man, it is also nice that my new company allows me to start work in jan. Although by then my reno still half way done, but i should have bought and confirmed most things by then, so only need to spend time to check and supervise the works :)
