A) Currently I have sign OTP for my flat but my agent is the same as seller. I got my own lawyer and seller got his own, so since we are having the same agent then for my lawyer part should my agent involve? And do I need to inform my lawyer we are having the same agent as seller? B) Is it true that when agent is able to get 1st appt date for seller and buyer, that means the seller has already meet the minimum occupation period for his HDB flat? C) Is it true that seller and buyer will have to submit the resale application to HDB for processing after the buyer have exercised the option before flat valuation report expired? But if you have not exercise, how can you do the HDB submission to get the 1st appt? hahaha, sorry that I have already did the exercise after asking the agent and that why I am able to get the 1st appt.
