Cheerie 0 Report post Posted April 15, 2008 What happened? Which contractor did you engaged? Can pm me if not convenient to reveal here.Hi quite piss off with this salesman. After deposit and couples of negotiation, until the last one because we made some changes to our origin requirement, he actually tell me things like i want cheap and good when i tried to nego again before revision made. This really piss me off and now i am looking for another contractor to check further on the mkt price and will try to enage another one.Following is a guideline (i'm not sure if there's better pricing) Sliding window without top hung: 9.80 per sqft + 2 per sqft for power coatedGrilles with double hollow: 4.80 per sqft + 2 per sqft for power coated

kichialo 0 Report post Posted April 17, 2008 Are the holes on the wall? Not on the walls. The holes are on the window frames. I don't think it is feasible to replace the whole frames just because of the holes, right?

I don't think it is feasible to replace the whole frames just because of the holes, right?Wall will be easy, the frame, got to go HomeFix and 'study' their fillers and see which one suitable. See if got any filler than matches the color of your frame. May or may not be able to find, coz most fillers are for wood and concrete.
