Wanted Knowledge For Things/renovations Wanted To Do At New Flat

Dear all,

I am getting a new resale flat, and would like to find out more info on some small, and some not so small items. Any ideas other than giving contractor for all those things? Any suggestions would help, as to save more, DIY, individual service or some don't do.

1) Re surfacing, or polishing the granite floorings, to be reflectively shiny. where to engage service? and cost?

2) Hack the fault pillers built in living room.

3) Built a falt wall for study room.

4) hack the lower kitchen cabinet (not the wooden) and install wooden cabinet.

5) Re-leminate the kitchen cabinets for different color.

6) Glass shower screen.

Glass shower screen, i only know Besglas and Austscreen.

You take a look see which is more suitable for you, don't think can DIY
