sugardaddy 0 Report post Posted October 6, 2009 Depends on what you have agreed with the current owner ... technically before the 2nd appt, the title of the unit still belongs to the current owner .. so if you want to bring IDs up to take a look .. can try to arrange a date with the current owner and also use this as a chance to see how the status of their moving out is coming along .. Guest Goobii Report post Posted October 6, 2009 Just arrange for the inspection before the 2nd appointment and maybe bring your contractor along so that he can help you with the planning later stage for renovation. Seller have to make sure the house is vacant and nothing illegal or major damage to the house before handing over to the new house owner. For illegal ceiling fan , normally the HDB will send someone to inspect and make sure is completed before you can go ahead for the 2nd appointment aka completion.
